Position Overview
As a Recruitment Consultant at Employal, you'll play a crucial role in temporary recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is hungry to achieve targets, earn competitive commissions, and contribute to our company's growth and team culture. Sales training provided!
Key Responsibilities
You have the option to work from our Surry Hills office or remotely, providing you with flexibility and work-life balance. We are open to 4 days a week arrangement and working hours are flexible between 7:30am-6pm

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage top talent within the manufacturing and supply chain sectors
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Develop new business opportunities and expand our client base
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks
- Collaborate with the team to provide optimal recruitment solutions
- Meet and exceed sales and recruitment activity targets
- Conduct client site meetings
- Proven experience in recruitment and/or business development
- Can work in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the manufacturing and supply chain industries is a plus
- Own transport to visit clients across Sydney metro
