We’re looking for a proactive and analytical Supply Planning Manager to oversee inventory flow across our Australasia Hub, ensuring products are in the right place at the right time to meet service levels and inventory targets across Australia and New Zealand.

- Oversee the Supply Planning function for all products in Australia and New Zealand, managing end-to-end processes for local manufacturing, co-packing, and third-party production.
- Manage inventory accuracy, reconciliation, and slow-moving/obsolete stock while maintaining replenishment systems and ensuring timely purchase orders with internal and external suppliers.
- Act as the primary contact for AU & NZ Customer Service and 3PL providers, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Provide proactive updates to retailers and distributors on service levels and upcoming supply.
- Ensure seamless import operations through freight forwarders, meeting all customs/AQIS compliance requirements while minimising port and demurrage charges.
- Lead the local Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for Supply Chain and align with UK S&OP.
- Serve as the Supply Chain lead for NPD projects, collaborating with Marketing and International teams.
- Experience in a similar role within the food production industry or FMCG environment.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and key stakeholders.
