Trades Assistant

Are you an experienced Trades or Handyman ready to take on exciting challenges? We're looking for a motivated individual to join our fast-paced, high-performing team in a dynamic and supportive environment. You'll be reading plans, cutting timber and assembling them to structures while contributing to a stable, close-knit team that values collaboration and excellence.

 - Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technical drawings to measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately.
• Move products to the required sections.
• Use electric power tools and saws to cut timber legs and shape materials according to specifications.
• Follow safety protocols and warehouse procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with warehouse team members and supervisors to meet operational targets.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and on time.
• Perform manual handling tasks when necessary.
• Ability to self manage day to day operations.

About you

• Proven trades experience with the ability to work independently and efficiently
• Skilled in using electric power tools and saws for cutting and assembling materials.
• Experienced in reading and interpreting technical plans for accurate execution of tasks
• Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical fitness, with the ability to perform manual labour and lift items where necessary.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Availability to work shifts, including overtime as required.
