Team Employal are proud to be working with a successful Engineering & Fabrication business with operations on the Central Coast.
Due to recent business expansion, the organisation is now looking for a Workshop Supervisor to join the team.

To be successful within this role, you will ideally have a demonstrated knowledge across the Fabrication & Engineering sectors along with the following skills and experience,

This role will be varied, with no two days the same, reflective of the project work, however, day to day responsibilities, could include but not limited to
- Lead, Coach and manage personnel from Trades Assistants to Welders and Painters
- Working closely with the Fabrication Manager to ensure project deadlines are met
- Quality Assurance, overseeing all work meets Australian standards and codes, from Fabrication to Painting requirements.
- Overseeing WHS requirements, ensuring that all work is performed safely, including managing SWMS and Inductions
To be successful within this role, you will ideally have a demonstrated knowledge across the Fabrication & Engineering sectors along with the following skills and experience,
- Strong leadership skills and ability to coach/ mentor personnel
- Knowledge of Fabrication process and relevant standards
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to be hands-on
- Flexibility for on-site requirements, travel may be required
